Terms & Conditions

• Reservations can only be made via email and by paying a 50% deposit
• The confirmation of a booking will be confirmed only after payment of the deposit has been made
• Cabañas Los Andes offers 24 hours maximum for the customer to make payment of the deposit
• The deposit payment can be made via bank transfer or visa
• The deposit is not refundable
• Check in is from 14:00 to 00:00
• Cabañas Los Andes will charge a fee of $ 10,000 Chilean pesos those arriving after 00:00hr
• The rate of $ 10,000 Chilean pesos must be paid directly to the resort's caretaker at the time of arrival.
• Check Out - 12:00hr 
• Departure after 12:00 hours is possible for an extra fee depending on the availability of the cabin
• The remaining payment of the stay must be made at time of arrival
• No refunds if the customer decides to leave the resort before the date previously set
• If more guests arrive during the stay, the administration must be informed in advance and an extra fee per person will be charged
• Maid Service (if included) will be held between 10:00 hours and 16:00 hours. The schedule is set by the administration and not by the client
• Maid Service includes cleaning the bathroom and making beds. It does not include washing up
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the cabin
• It is forbidden to light fires in the complex
• It is forbidden to use the wood for the grill
• The swimming pool is not supervised. Parents or adults must take responsibility for the safety of their children
• Please drive slowly around the complex
• Cabañas Los Andes kindly ask all customers not to dispose of rubbish on the complex grounds or in the valley of Las Trancas
