Rates are per day and includes maid service. Single floor cabins with 1 full bathroom, normal capacity six (6) people per cabin, living room with satellite TV, full kitchen, terrace and barbeque grill. Note about IVA Tax: Foreign tourists are not subject to this tax, therefore all net prices for foreign tourists are 19% less than the rates shown above.
Due to fluctuating currency exchange rates and other conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice.
Email us directly at or use the Contact Form or our ONLINE BOOKING FORM to make reservations or if you have any questions. It is recommended that you make reservations at least one month in advance of the high season. The earlier the better. Cabins are always booked in advance of the main season.
Notice: We no longer accept people with dogs or other animals in our cabins. Some inconsiderate people have brought dogs that make our cabins almost impossible to clean so we no longer permit dogs or other animals here. Please do not bring any animal here if you want to stay in our cabins!

ABOUT RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made by CALLING, EMAIL, or ONLINE BOOKING FORM and accommodations will be held
3 days pending receipt of your deposit. If at the end of 3 days no
deposit has been received, accommodation will be cancelled without further
notice.
A deposit of 50% is required for all cabins. Deposits may be made by
personal check, direct bank deposit or electronic transfer or Western Union Money Transfer. Arrangements must be made at time of arrival to pay by major credit card, or cash. For extended stays longer than 7 days a larger deposit may be required.
Check-in for cabins is 2:00 PM and later;
check-out time is 12 noon.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Reservations will be held for 3 days ONLY, pending receipt of your
deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full upon
written notice of cancellation prior to 30 days before the first day of your reserved stay. Deposits for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to
reservations will be refunded (MINUS 10%) only if the lodging can be
re-rented for same rental period. NO REFUND if cancellation is
received 7 days or less from arrival date.
